Terms & Conditions

Upon registering a team, registering as an individual, hiring a court, or hiring any one of the facilities found at Mornington Indoor Sports & Inflatables, you - and those under your supervision, including but not limited to, team mates, clients, and club members - agree to the following terms and conditions.

Teams and Individuals

All teams must abide by the Team Regulations (as stated below) from the first week of gameplay:

Venue Bookings

Any person and/or group who hires any one or more of the facilities available at Mornington Indoor Sports & Inflatables must adhere to the following:

  1. All bookings are subject to fees and conditions depending on the nature, length and type of booking, and may be changed at the discretion of the venue manager. A summary of standard fees can be found below:
  2. Any individuals/clubs/groups who wish to create a recurring booking must pay a deposit before any facilities can be reserved, the amount and due date will be at the discretion of the venue manager. Any cancellations of these bookings with less than 24 hours notice, will forfeit the deposit paid for that booking.
  3. All persons present for the booking are the responsibility of the individual who made the booking; therefore any damages to the venue, made by those in attendance, will be the responsibility of the person who made the booking. All damage costs will be billed to that individual, or the group they represent.
  4. Those persons present during the booking are to adhere to Mornington Indoor Sports & Inflatable’s Code of Conduct, which can be found at the centre on display, as well as within this document.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct (as stated below) will be followed by you and those affiliated:

  1. Every person; spectator, player, club member, official umpire, participant, administrator, coach, parent or member involved with our sports should work to ensure:
  2. Penalties will be issued once the breach has been confirmed through an appropriate process by the relevant ISV committee and/or Centre Operator.

    The following behaviours are considered breaches of the code.

  3. Without limiting the other standards set out in this document, players and officials must not make public comments or comments to the media that are detrimental to the interests of our sports. Media includes, but is not limited to, social media outlets such as; Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forums, and other media that may arise in the future.

This conduct includes, without limitation:

Any person infringing the above Code of Conduct may be the subject of a Disciplinary Hearing by Tribunal or Board or a joint hearing of both.

 

Publicity

Mornington Indoor Sports & Inflatables reserves the right to use photographic and/or video footage of any of our leagues, including but not limited to cricket, soccer, and netball, in any of our promotional material, including but not limited to, social media content, website content, and flyers. We retain that right under the assumption that on agreeing to all our registration terms and conditions, you understand that promotional material is included. If you have any objections, please ensure you speak to the venue manager before your first game.
